Our Marketing Team

We are a small and dynamic team of experienced global marketers, with proven expertise across the vast Mobile Gaming spectrum. Whilst our disciplines differ, our goal is the same: to grow and nurture our community of Bandai Namco mobile game players in the west.

As part of the marketing team, you will be working on some of the most prestigious IPs that have shaped the Entertainment industry and popular cultures like DRAGON BALL, internal IPs like PAC-MAN or Tamagotchi as well as future IPs developed by our Internal team in Barcelona.

Advocating innovation over repetition and autonomy over hierarchy, we strive to remain as agile as possible in an ever-changing market. Teamwork and collaboration with our head office in Japan are key to our success as we continue to grow the BANDAI NAMCO brand worldwide.

Video Marketing Artist

We are looking for a creative designer who is passionate about games and storytelling to join us at Bandai Namco Mobile.

As a Video Marketing Artist here, you will be responsible for designing marketing creatives for some of our most prestigious IPs, interacting with marketing, community, app store optimization and user acquisition specialists on a regular basis.

Your direction will have a strong influence on how we market our mobile games on each platform and your experience and knowledge will contribute to defining our marketing strategy as a team and for the whole studio.

This role involves combining an understanding of visual narrative flow, technical craft, creative problem-solving, and execution in a self-managed, team-centric environment.


  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Sense of composition & rhythm, good fundamental understanding of editing and pacing.
  • Knowledge of software such as After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Ability to independently follow a creative brief through the full production cycle, from asset preparation to final delivery.
  • Capacity to iterate quickly on concept development through mock-ups and sketch work, for both videos made 'from scratch' and from existing design templates.
  • Art Fundamentals in 2D and 3D
  • An eye for camera motion, composition, and framing
  • Solid artistic foundation (understanding of color, composition, and lighting)
  • Visual culture in different fields (architecture, design, cinema, comics, games...).

Bonus Skills

  • Understanding of Unity3D
  • Knowledge of 3D Modelling, Character Animation/Illustration
  • Knowledge of web development including Java coding and/or scripting
  • Knowledge of After Effect Plugins including Element 3D, Particular and the Trapcode suite
  • A genuine passion for games, manga and the Japanese culture is a big plus!
